Semper Fit Minis - Fall 3

Coach Vince brings the intensity of his Semper Fit Fitness class to kids! A fun and exciting way for kids to learn how to stay fit and healthy while working out. Using his experiences in the Marine Corps and combining it with the knowledge he gained through his youth physical fitness certification to give an upbeat class that strengthens and motivates!

Youth and adult classes will run simultaneous so you can both enjoy getting fit together.

Participants must bring their own towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others.
