A fast-action field sport combining aspects of soccer, football, and basketball with a flying disc. We work on throwing and catching skills, field awareness, physical training, plays, and strategy. As a self-officiated sport, the focus is on the Spirit of the Game and knowledge of the rules. Coaches are certified coaches by USA Ultimate.
The first class will be a trial class for anyone who is not sure if their child will like the sport.
Players will have the chance to play in 3 tournaments during the course of the program. Coaches Dan and Larry will give parents more information as the tournaments get closer.
Participants must bring their own equipment, towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others.
