Teen Empowerment FALL - 442001

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment tailored for teens in grades 10-12. Through discussions, practical exercises, experiential learning and skill-building exercises participants will learn to face discomfort, navigate peer pressure, and gain confidence and resilience needed to thrive in future life endeavors.

The goal of this program is to empower Teen Minds to develop assertiveness skills, equip teens with anxiety management techniques, learn skills for overcoming fear of rejection, and practice setting boundaries to prevent being taken advantage of.
