Adult Upcycled Art FALL - 430622

Explore the creative and exciting world of up-cycled art with like-minded creative individuals. Artists will learn how to dip their own candles, master origami, do individualized silk-screen creations, write in colonial-era ink pigments and more. Each class explores an interesting new topic with great creations to take home for yourself or a as a gift to others. Both new and experienced artists are welcome!

Some of the projects will include:
Making decorative birthday candles by hand dipping into different colored waxes.
Paper mache pinata or other form.
Silk-screening unwanted clothes into cherished pieces.
Attractive beads made from paper.
Origami basics.
Egg ornaments.
Calligraphy- done with original, colonial era materials… make your own feather writing quill and walnut-hull ink.
