Introductory program to Track & Field. Practices will be at the EBHS Track (Football Field) with EBHS Track Team players and adult supervisors.

Participants will work on warm ups and drills with distance running, sprinting, throws, jumps, and fun "running" games.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes, socks, and sneakers and bring a water bottle.

There will be one raindate on 11/17 should we need to cancel due to weather.
