Strength Training FALL - 431006

Class is designed to build muscular strength and muscular endurance which is beneficial to boost metabolism. Strength training is also beneficial to bone density health, balance and flexibility.

All levels welcome with modifications provided.

Participants must bring their own equipment, towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others.
