Mat Pilates FALL - 431007

This class focuses on defining your "core strength" through the use of Pilates techniques. This is an excellent way to tighten and tone all the muscles in the body, especially the abs! Stretches will help lengthen and strengthen muscles too.

Participants must bring their own equipment, towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others.

**PLEASE NOTE - CLASSES ON 10/14 WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM ONLY DUE TO A SENIOR CENTER OPEN HOUSE**
