There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. The class features approximately 40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise followed by approximately 15 minutes of body toning. The class is great for all levels.

Participants must bring their own equipment, towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others.
