Look to get into running but are not sure how and don’t want to do it alone?! Why not join our Adult Running Club! A typical class will have a warmup, a workout, and a cool down. There will be both short and longer distance running involved each class.

Participants should bring their own towels, water bottles, etc. and should not share with others. Make sure to wear clothes and sneakers that are comfortable and suitable for running.

There will be one make up class on October 27th if we need to cancel for weather. There will be NO make ups for classes missed due to personal schedule conflicts.
